Future of Bio Diesel

Government of India has, in last decade, taken major steps to increase the manufacturing and use of Biodiesel. Ex President, Dr. Abdul Kalam was one of the strong advocators of crop cultivation for production of Biodiesel. Government has set a target to reduce import of crude oil by 20 % by year 2022 in which use of Biodiesel will be the major contributor.
